(fruit as a snack? yummmm)


well, so many lifestyle that I want to follow these day. from sophisticated lifestyle, high class lifestyle, and new york lifestyle. hahaha. but well now I really want to follow Healthy Lifestyle which is good for us. and our body of course. I found some profit if you aplicate this kind of lifestyle, here's what I found :


  • decrease your risk of some cancers, heart attack, lung disease, high colesterol, and mostly diabetes
  • experience better blood circulation
  • weight management
  • more energy
  • decreased need for hospitalizations, physician visits, and medications
  • long your age life
  • and THE MOST PROFIT is it can affect HOW YOU LOOK, don't believe me? look around you and see the differences between healthy person and unhealthy person. I found it by the way :D

the last profit is the reason why I want to follow healthy lifestyle. because for me, appareance is everything. screw you with the "don't judge the book by it's cover" , if the cover is bad we're not gonna read them by the way, right?

it applied for our appearance too, if our appereance bad, people think we're bad, even the inside is not bad as it looks on the outside.
so that's why we must improve our appearance as good as we can be, so people will not think we're bad or something

it's hard to follow this healthy lifestyle, but follow the basic is better than you don't do it, right? I'll give you the basic of
"How To Keep Healthy"

1. Healthy Food is essentials. you are what you eat, so if you eat healthy, you are healthy. if you you're just starting Healthy Lifestyle, you probably don't know what is healty food, here they are
  • Food that is low in fat contents is good.
  • Low sugar content is plus, but be carefull, there is a good sugar and bad sugar. surcose is bad kind sugar. and glucose is the good kind sugar. and me is REALLY GOOD KIND SUGARR :DD
  • Fruits and Vegetables are high in vitamins and minerals, which you gonna need
2. look your eating habits. if you having
  • breakfast, try not to eat FAT FOOD (like rice) try food which can assimilated easily. like some fruit, vegetables, milk, or some mush, but don't to much. and then after 2 hours, you can eat fat food like rice with the side dish.
  • lunch you can eat any fat food what you'd like to eat, but remember keep healthy.
  • dinner try to eat 4 hours before you sleep. because your processing food will can't process well, cause when your body rest in the night, body energy is use full to replace unfuctional cell, if you eat before sleep, the energy will use to assimilated your food, it can make us not fresh when we wake up. and also it need to rest your kidney, so try not to much drink water before you sleep.
3. do sports regulated, two times a day, as long as you sweaty enough. do this on the afternoon so your muscle will relax and you can sleep easily in the night. not do extreme sports, just stretching or walk, run, jogging. just remember you do that regulated. and min 30 minutes/day

4. get at least 9 hours sleep every single night


5. drink a lot of water. 2 L or 8 glass every day. good time to drink water is 2 hours before or 2 hours after eat or time between eat time (breakfats to lunch, lunch to dinner) . so after eat, we drink only half glass of water. because in salivary gland there is a "amilase enzyme" and one of the functon is to destroy food easily on the chew process and complete the assimaleted food on our flank


6. regulate your weight being to fat or skinny isn't good for you. if you are under or over weight pleasee EXERCISE and notice your food too. because that food can change your weight




well, I think that all the basic of being on Healthy Lifestyle that I do now, huahahaha.
