well, so many lifestyle that I want to follow these day. from sophisticated lifestyle, high class lifestyle, and new york lifestyle. hahaha. but well now I really want to follow Healthy Lifestyle which is good for us. and our body of course. I found some profit if you aplicate this kind of lifestyle, here's what I found :

• decrease your risk of some cancers, heart attack, lung disease, high colesterol, and mostly diabetes
• experience better blood circulation
• weight management
• more energy
• decreased need for hospitalizations, physician visits, and medications
• long your age life
• and THE MOST PROFIT is it can affect HOW YOU LOOK, don't believe me? look around you and see the differences between healthy person and unhealthy person. I found it by the way :D

the last profit is the reason why I want to follow healthy lifestyle. because for me, appareance is everything. screw you with the "don't judge the book by it's cover" , if the cover is bad we're not gonna read them by the way, right?

it applied for our appearance too, if our appereance bad, people think we're bad, even the inside is not bad as it looks on the outside. so that's why we must improve our appearance as good as we can be, so people will not think we're bad or something

it's hard to follow this healthy lifestyle, but follow the basic is better than you don't do it, right? I'll give you the basic of "How To Keep Healthy"

1. Healthy Food is essentials. you are what you eat, so if you eat healthy, you are healthy. if you you're just starting Healthy Lifestyle, you probably don't know what is healty food, here they are

• Food that is low in fat contents is good.

• Low sugar content is plus, but be carefull, there is a good sugar and bad sugar. surcose is bad kind sugar. and glucose is the good kind sugar. and me is REALLY GOOD KIND SUGARR :DD

• Fruits and Vegetables are high in vitamins and minerals, which you gonna need

2. look your eating habits. if you having

• breakfast, try not to eat FAT FOOD (like rice) try food which can assimilated easily. like some fruit, vegetables, milk, or some mush, but don't to much. and then after 2 hours, you can eat fat food like rice with the side dish.

• lunch you can eat any fat food what you'd like to eat, but remember keep healthy.

• dinner try to eat 4 hours before you sleep. because your processing food will can't process well, cause when your body rest in the night, body energy is use full to replace unfuctional cell, if you eat before sleep, the energy will use to assimilated your food, it can make us not fresh when we wake up. and also it need to rest your kidney, so try not to much drink water before you sleep.

3. do sports regulated, two times a day, as long as you sweaty enough. do this on the afternoon so your muscle will relax and you can sleep easily in the night. not do extreme sports, just stretching or walk, run, jogging. just remember you do that regulated. and min 30 minutes/day

4. get at least 9 hours sleep every single night

5. drink a lot of water. 2 L or 8 glass every day. good time to drink water is 2 hours before or 2 hours after eat or time between eat time (breakfats to lunch, lunch to dinner) . so after eat, we drink only half glass of water. because in salivary gland there is a "amilase enzyme" and one of the functon is to destroy food easily on the chew process and complete the assimaleted food on our flank

6. regulate your weight being to fat or skinny isn't good for you. if you are under or over weight pleasee EXERCISE and notice your food too. because that food can change your weight



well, I think that all the basic of being on Healthy Lifestyle that I do now, huahahaha.

How To Feel and Look Healthy and also Good Looking

• every morning when you wake up, say five things taht you like about your body. then say five more things that you like about your personality.it will definitely boost your confidence. little narcist, but it works on me though

• wash your face in the morning and at night to get all the oil, dirt, or dirty dirty from pollution. use a face cleanser/soap that doesn't irriate your skin, and if you have acne, proactive really works

• get a haircut at least every three weeks to get split ends cuts off and/or any other thing you want done. and remmeber washing your hair every two nights is healthy, washing your hair every night is not recommended it can strip the natural oils from your hair

• exercise and eat well. exercise for at least thirty minutes every single day. don't over-work but still have have an active lifestyle. eat when you're hungry and syop when you feel full. don't eat too many sweets/oils/fats it can make you fat, but you can still have them, but don't too much

• find clothes that you like. make sure they are proper size and cover up your midriff. wearing clothes that you like will make you feel confident. try going to a lot of stores and trying things on

• to be healthy and look/feel better, get at least 9 hours of sleep every night single night

• don't be afraid to try new things. every once in a while, do some different things and make a different. it also train your health mind to be open minded person

• for good hygiene, brush your teeth when you wake up and before you go to bed

• smile, and remember... always be YOURSELF

hmmmmm... awalnya sii gw denger nama Super Junior pas kelas 3 smp, temen gw si yanne tuh yang suka ama Super Junior usually we call them SuJu. pertama sii cuman tau ajahh kalau ada boyband korea namanya Super Junior yang anggotanya ada 13 biji.. (woow, banyak bangettttttttt)

nah sekarang disaat gw kelas 2 SMA gw mendengar nama Super Junior kembali. awalnya karena tugas Bhs. Indonesia yang diberikan Bu Ratni yaitu membacakan biografi Idolaaa kita. nah temen gw Afina Luana Rachman ngebahas biografi Super Junior ituu, karena desakan curiousity dari gw akhirnya gw coba untuk mengenal yang namanya Super Junior

terus afina bawa tuh picturebook SuJu yang Boys "In The City 2", dan komentar gw adalah OH..... MY.......... GOD........... BAJU BAJUNYA ATULAHHH!!! I know I have so much interesting to Fashion since I realize that guys fashion in Indonesia is not improving, so when I look at their photos I was like... "OH MY GOD!! WHERE I CAN FIND THIS KIND OF OUTFIT". mostly I like Kibum, Kang In, Kyuhyun, Siwon, and Heechul outfit on that picture book. simple but fashionable. and until know, sometimes I'm search some outfit which exactly same as them. and too bad I don't have the picture book, I did some search to a bookstore near me, but it sold out. erghhhhhhh X(

and afina gave me their new single, it called 'Sorry, Sorry' for the frist time I hear Sorry Sorry I was Amazed because this song is different from K-Pop I usually hear. Sorry Sorry is more up beat and really R&B which I like SO MUCHHHHHHHH!!!!!!. and when afina gave the MV of Sorry Sorry, SERIOUSLY!!!! THEY CAN DANCE! the move the rythem is so matchhhhhhhhh, and the outfit.. goddd I WANT IT!!!!

from that.. afina keeps give me MV from previous single and song from Super Junior, and when I first saw Don't Don, THE DANCEEE!!! ahhhh I want to dance like that! energetic, cohesive, and harmonius! and the song is very powerfull!

and must you know too, on my playlist... I heard SuJu songs sooo many timessssssssssssssss :DD . I don't know, maybe it's because their melody is different from other songs I usually hear, and they give me what I like from a singer... FASHION ATTITUDE, DANCE PERFORMANCES, and AMAZING VOICE!! Hari ini adalah hari ulang taun gw yang ke 17! hahahaahha. so muchhh story deh yang mau gw ceritainnnn

awalnya sii pagi pagi bangun, liat handphone udah ada sms dari idha, jhapy, ola, tyas, ira, unye, qronk, deby, hany, sasbel, inkha, qisty, lala, yanne, ka dhei, bhya, tammy, achied, rega, gigie, qyank, nippan, maris, haju , makasihhhh yahhh semuanyaaaaa :DD.

diteruskan gw dapet selamat dari mamah entin (nyokap gw_red)... :D . udah gitu berangkat ke sekolahhh ajah gw, pas nyampe ehh papah ai (bokap gw_red) menelfon, dan memberikan wejangan serta doa doa harapan supaya gw menjadi anak shalehah rahimakumullah :D

dan baru inget bahwa itu adlah hari senin dimana gw harus upacara ckckck, terus gw berpetualang suapa dapettt topii... DAN AKHIRNYA DAPETT!!! hahaha. ke ipa 3. terus pas liat hape udah ada sms dari afina, sarahh, dhanti, sabeth, irin, heyneu, ara, dini, fidi. hihihi. makasihhhh yaaaaaa

terus pelajaran terakhir kan engga ada guru, dan gw masih dimusuhinnnn... bzzzzzzz. terus tiba tiba chilla heyneu nyuruh gw keluar dan MESTI TAU GW DIBANJUR KE HUJAN!!!!!!! OH MY GOD!!! terus ditambah AIR DINGIN NESTLE!!!!!! AHH HABISSS GW!!!!!!!! mana dinginnn lagiii. brrrrrrrr udah gituuu mereka ngasih kue dari donat marbel lolipop gituuu lucu dehhh, uniquee. thankssss yahh guysssss . :DD

Hari ini pas banget deh tanggal 5 bulan 5 taun 2009 *taunnya doang sii yang bedaa, but that's okay because today is my UNTITLED BIRTHDAY!!! Untitled is my gang or group if you want to call that, kita kebentuk pas masih kelas 1 SMP dulu di SMP 5. tanggal 5 bulan 5 taun 2005 dan sekarang udah 2009 berarti umur kita udah 4 TAUNN!!!!!! huehehehhehehe

Untitled Crew (kita nyebutnya gitu). udah kayak keluarga ke 2 buat gw, selama 4 taun itu, mereka yang selalu ada dimana gw ada masalah sama ortu, temen, atau sama diri gw sendiri. mereka tempat gw bernaung di saat gw sendiri, mereka yang ngehibur gw disaat gw sedih, disaat gw down mereka juga yang ngelift gw, mereka yang nemenin gw dimana gw lagi nyari diri gw sendiri, mereka yang bikin gw bisa believe in myself no matter what.... pokoknya kalian sahabat paling berharga buat gw :)) keluarga ke 2 gw dehhh..

well cerita tentang hari ini adalahhh.... kita merayakan 4 taun kelahiran geng kita! yay! . kumpul di 5 jam 8. pagi - pagi gw jemput dulu kironk ke rumahnya di cibaduyut. engga jauh lah dari kopo rumah gw. udah gitu kita nyampe jam setengah 10 (ngarettt cinggg) . udah ada echun, haju, deby, ibob, yanne, iki. mereka udah melakukan hal hal autis amoria ajah pagi pagi. udah gitu adhit sama gigie dateng. tinggal tande... tapi dia engga ada kabar :((

lalu acara diteruskan dengan POPOTOAN!!! hahaha. dengan kamera SLR milik Kirara Rizkiana Deneva yang hasilnya sanagt cemerlang dan tiada noda noda di wajah pokoknya WOW bangettt!! ini beberapa hasilnya

udah makan.... kita keliling ke toko sepatuuu, dan OH..... MY...... GOD....... PENGEN SEPATUNYAAA!!!!! tapi yahhh ararawisss :(( udah gitu kita akhirnya pada pulangg, udah sore soalnyaaa. meski hanya setengah hari bersama kalian tapi rasanyaa kayak berapaaaaa detik gituuuu belummm puasssssssssss .

hariii ini adalaah hari main PERTAMA KALI (buat gw_red) bareng sama anak - anak kelas gw "XI - IPA 5" . acara hari ini adalah nonton X-Men Origins Wolverine di PVJ. sebenernya sii gw udah nonton.... tapi ya udahlahhh yaaaa kab bareng ama anak anak kelas.

jam 10 ngumpul di SMA 20, tapi like always ngarettttttttttttt :DD . pas nyampe disana ternyata udah banyak... ada heyneu, kisti, rega, sarah, rina, ifha, amy, eka, cheril, ujan, jipeng, fidi, alham, patar, dannnnn........................

aku lupaaaa pokoknya banyakkkkk even gag semua sii.

nah langsung lah gw nebeng mobilnya jipenk bareng sama heyneu qisti rega, langsung ajah kits naik ke mobilnya jipenk... dan disana ngomongin siapaaaaa gituuuuuuuu........... hahaha. dudulss. nah udah gitu KITA SAMPAI!! yihiw

langsung deh kita beli tiket buat nonton X-Men Origins. dan setengah jam ajah gitu udah mau mulai. langsung deh tenaga kudaaa beli makanan di GIANT dan seperti biasa foto dulu andd what happened with my BANGS!

hahahaha. lagii suka bangett lahh ama lagu iniii. seminggu kemaren gw baru liat videonyaa gitu, terus karena curious ama dancenyaa. akhirnya gw minta videonyaa terus di rumah gw ULANG ULANG tuu video sampe gw bisaaa dancenya!!!!!

hasilnyaaa?? BISAA DONGGG!!!!! cuman butuh 3 hariii ajahh gituuuuu

hmmm. setiap orang pasti pengen keliatan gayaaa, keliatan wahhh. dan pastinya keliatan HIGH CLASS. even sebenernya kita bukan dari kalangan HIGH CLASS. tapi gag ada salahnya kalau mau keliatan HIGH CLASS as you can. jadi keliatan high class tapi gag bikin ribet dehh. check it out!!



STEPS :

13. Attempt to get clear skin. Use lots of facial and acne washes and of course moisturizer.
14. Get a better job if you feel your potential is going untapped. You could always sell things on eBay.
15. Make your car shine. Clean any dead insects off your number plate and wipe away any bird manure.
